Making A Purchase
It’s easy, just browse our online shop and add the items that you wish to buy. Selecting the BUY button will add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have made your selection, you may view your order via the VIEW CART Button. Should you wish to remove an item click on the item image with the red cross. Once you are satisfied and ready to proceed with payment click on the ‘Checkout and Pay’ button, you will be asked for a few payment details to complete the order.
Honeyz.com accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling however international customers can still shop via our site as your credit card company will provide the currency exchange automatically. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Delta, Solo, Electron through our secure payment system.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We dispatch your parcel the same day if order was received before 3pm. (Mon-Fri) International orders are generally received between 5-28 working days.
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using a secure server. Honeyz.com do not process or have access to your card details.
Gift Vouchers & Credit Coupons
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 Months from the date of purchase, Credit Coupons for exchanges & returns are valid for 14 Days, Out of Stock Credit Notes are valid for 21 Days, Credit Coupons are not valid on Sale items or the VIP Collection. Unless your purchase was from the VIP Collection you will only be able to purchase from the VIP Range with your credit coupon.
Backordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. When a backordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. If you have selected an item that is on backorder, you have the option to order it, or select an alternate size or color if available, all orders that include a back-ordered item will be shipped when the back-ordered item is in stock.

Due to high volume online orders and high traffic of walk in customers, some of the styles might be SOLD OUT by the time you place the order. We will try our best to fulfill your order or give you a REFUND or STORE CREDIT for the products that are OUT OF STOCK! ALL Pre-Order products will be shipped out based on Estimate Arrival Date.
