NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
Not your style? No problem! You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, if you have missed this deadline not to worry we will sort you out with some credit to spend online
Returns must reach us no later than 28 days from the date you receive the item, we will not accept returns after this time has passed, We ask that items are in their original condition with tags intact. Shoes must be returned in their original box in the condition they were received.
Please be careful when trying on your new items. We cannot accept items that are marked/scented with tans, sprays, makeup or creams, grooming products, pierced jewellery, perfume (where the packaging has been removed) underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Please note that any items purchased with a 20% or more discount code or any items in the sale section are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return unless faulty.
