Returns Policy

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, You must return the item within 28 days of your order being delivered.

2. Include in your package the original invoice.

Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, Along with your statutory rights to cancel within 14 days we offer a policy of a credit note if the goods are returned after 14 days & within 28 days.

Some goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items with hygiene / soil seal removed
  • Made to Measure / Customised Goods

To complete your return, To make it easier and quicker to process your returns please included original invoice and use our return shipping form, We do not offer a free returns service and you will be responsible for all shipping charges occured from returning the goods. this does not affect your statutory rights.

Credits

If you’re not eligible for a refund we may offer you credit to spend on our website, however this is entirely at the company’s discretion, if we do issue credit it will be minus our 20% restocking fee and shipping costs if your original order included free shipping. we only offer credit customised, packaged, and discount deals.

Refunds

To qualify for refund your returned goods / cancellation must be received by our returns department within 14 days, clothes may be tried on but must have not been worn socially/washed or altered, to help us process your refund as promptly as possible please include your original invoice and a returns form, If you qualify for refund you will be sent an email to confirm this, if you do not qualify for refund you may be issued with online credit if we accept your return, We reserve the right to reject any return outwith your statutory rights to cancel within 14 days

Exceptions

All goods which can be purchased directly from this website are covered by the statutory right of cancellation within 14 days, with the exception of bespoke custom items (including but not limited to custom clothing) which have been made to your specification.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your unwanted goods. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is still in original condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color within 28 days of delivery. You may exchange for a different size or colour. returned goods outwith the statutory colling off period can avoid the restocking fee by exchanging goods, please note we will not exchange goods under the value of £25.00, this is to limit damage to our stock, this does not effect your statutory rights.

Rejected Returns

If your return is rejected for any reason, you have 28 days from rejection to pay for your shipping back to you, if you fail to pay the shipping back to yourself we will donate the item to a local charity.

Deductions

If you received free shipping as part of any of our promotions and then return any of the the items, your refund / credit will be minus the cost of the shipping.

Delivering Unwanted Goods

Due to our opening hours we recommend you do not use a carrier that will attempt an AM delivery as we are unable to guarantee that your returned parcel will reach us if you do so, if you use a carrier that will attempt to deliver during AM hours you do so at your own risk and HONEYZ.COM will accept no liability for lost, damaged or delayed parcels sent, our offices open at 12:00 Monday – Friday, Please also note, your parcel must be delivered directly to HONEYZ.COM, not to any neighbouring businesses, We are not able to collect any parcels from sorting offices, post offices or mailboxes.

Currently we don’t offer a free returns service, however this is something we may introduce in the future, to send your parcel to us we recommend using MyHermes, Prices start from as little as £2.60 fully tracked and insured. If you decide to use another carrier then we cannot be held responsible if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed 🙂
